Lilach Shamir
CEO, Founding Team Member
Social entrepreneur with an MBA, leading complex projects in the western Negev and building partnerships between communities, institutions, and public organizations.
Osnat Gilboa
CTO, Founding Team Member
Involved since day one in establishing the organization. Holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA. Expert in Data Science, NLP, and the management of complex digital infrastructures.

Former police officer specializing in research and data analysis. Currently responsible for content collection operations, project management, volunteer coordination, and connecting teams and partners.
Dr. Ayala Shklar
Content manager, Founding Team Member
Historian and documentary creator, leading the development of the archive and the editorial team. Makes content accessible to the public and is a graduate of the Mandel Program in the Gaza envelope region.
Shani Rubovitz
Data Development Manager
Plans and builds the archive’s databases, and manages coding, structuring, and uploading of materials.

History researcher
Researcher of the history of Zionism, World War II, and the Holocaust; member of the Yad Vashem Council and Chief Historian at the Claims Conference; active in public affairs in the Eshkol Regional Council.
